Countries we cannot ship to?
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Due to impact related service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Afghanistan
- Bhutan
- Brunei
- Chad
- Laos
- Libya
- Mongolia
- Samoa
- South Sudan
- Turkmenistan
- Yemen
The list of countries where our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change. You can always review the up-to-date list on the USPS homepage.
We would of course like to ship to all countries, however, the carrier we are using does not currently allow us to do so.
How long will the Spring Collection be available?
This collection will be available for at least 3 weeks. We will announce on Social Media and on the Website at least 1 week before taking it offline.
How to pay using WeChat?
To pay using WeChat, please follow these steps: [UPDATED: 01-25-2023]
1. Click on the "purchase" button.
2. Choose payment option "Viva Wallet Smart Checkout"
3. Follow the prompts to login to your WeChat account.
4. Confirm the payment and wait for the payment confirmation..

Are the items in stock?
Unless indicated otherwise, all items listed in the shop are in stock and should reach you within 3-20 days after ordering!

Where can I find the size chart?
You can find the size chart by scrolling down on the individual product pages and clicking on “size chart”.

When will I receive shipping information?
Typically, shipping information is sent to the email provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received shipping information within a few business days of your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder in case the email was incorrectly filtered. If you still cannot locate the shipping information, please contact our customer service team for assistance. They will be able to provide you with an update on the status of your order and any relevant tracking information.
